The cabins and cottages either have a delightful view of Lake Texoma or are tucked away among the trees. The cabins are just steps away from the lake and sandy beach. All cottages and cabins have a great front porch that is perfect for enjoying the beautiful view with that early morning coffee or afternoon favorite beverage.

The beautiful view of our harbors and Lake Texoma will let you leave that every day world behind. Our Cottages and Cabins

All of our cottages and cabins have full kitchens and dinettes complete with basic dishes and flatware, as well as cookware and a coffeemaker. Each unit has a full bath with shower, complete with towels and bed linens. All the cottages and cabins are available year round and have heat and air conditioning, as well as a covered porch for lounging and enjoying beautiful evenings. To help you get away from it all, there are no telephones in our units.

Deluxe

These cottages overlook Lake Texoma or are tucked away in the trees overlooking the turf airstrip. Both locations offer great views. These cottages are duplex units which are excellent for groups vacationing together.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, each cottage has a cozy fireplace for those cool evenings, a vaulted ceiling, two double beds, large picture windows, separate living area with sofa, chair and cable TV, microwave in the kitchen and a separate dressing area in the bath. A grill is provided for cooking out.

Standard

These one-room cabins with two double beds are perfect for weekend getaways or that fishing trip. From the porch of each cottage, you will be just steps away from the beach and each cabin has a breathtaking view of our harbor and Lake Texoma. The shade of the trees make the gently sloping lawn just the right setting for a game of Frisbee, tag or volleyball. There are no televisions or microwaves in these units.

Family

This two-room cabin with four double beds is perfect for a larger family or two smaller families ... or even four fishermen who are serious about their sleep. In addition to a great lawn and shade trees, this cabin also enjoys a great view of the harbor and lake. The layout of this cabin is like the one-room cabins with a second bedroom with two double beds. There is no television or microwave in this unit.

Reservation Policy

A deposit of the first night's rental is required to hold your reservation. Between May 15 and September 1, there is a two-night minimum for weekend reservations and a three-night minimum for holidays (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day).

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation, Cedar Mills will refund your deposit, less a $20 administration fee, if we receive notice 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival. If less than 14 days notice is given, your deposit will be forfeited unless we can re-rent. If re-rented, your deposit will be refunded, less a $20 administration fee.

Pets are welcome on the marina, but owners are held responsible for any mess or damage. Please abide by the leash law and all marina rules.
