Special Olympics
Your donations provide the funds to hold more events for these
special children and such extras as letter jackets, medals and
awards.
Local Volunteer Fire Departments
The local volunteer fire departments are extremely important
to us all because they provide the fire fighting services should
our home or boat catch on fire. They are also the local First
Responders for medical emergencies and accidents. Since we are
located so far from medical centers, the First Responders provide
very important help while waiting for an ambulance to arrive.
The dedicated men and women who make up these departments give
of their time but they need our financial support to provide the
equipment necessary for their work.
Gordonville
needs to add 2 new bays onto the fire station in which to park
fire trucks.
Sadler
needs a thermal imaging unit and ungraded radio equipment.
Sherwood Shores
is raising funds for a new tanker truck.
